چکیده: 

Due to the stochastic nature of wind energy, allocating an appropriate investment Incentive for wind generation technology (WGT) is a complicated issue. We propose an improvement on the traditional Incentive, known as capacity payment mechanism (CPM), to reward the wind generators based on their performance exogenously affected by the wind energy potential of the location where the turbines are installed, and therefore, lead the investments towards locations with more generation potential. In CPM, a part of investment cost of each generator is recovered through fixed payments. However, in our proposal, wind generators are rewarded according to dynamic forecasts of the wind energy potential of the wind farm where they are located. We use an auto-regressive moving average (ARMA) model to forecast the wind speed fluctuations in long-term while capturing the auto-correlation of wind velocity variation in consecutive time intervals. Using the system dynamics (SD) modelling approach a competitive electricity market is designed to examine the efficiency of the proposed Incentive. Performing a simulation analysis, we conclude that while a fixed CPM for wind generation can decrease the loss of load durations and average prices in long-term, the proposed improvement can provide quite similar results more efficiently.

In recent years, the blockchain that is the basis of Bitcoin has received much attention. However, the blockchain also faces many challenges, such as security and scalability, which have been the subject of recent researches. Much work has been done to solve the scalability problem in blockchain; one of these methods is sharding. This method is based on dividing the network into different groups and validating transactions in parallel. These methods use traditional consensus algorithms. One of the problems in this regard is the Incentive that should be provided for nodes to participate in these consensus algorithms. In this paper, Repchain, one of the existing methods in this field, is examined, and the problems that this method has is analyzed. Next, it is proved that the proposed method causes the network nodes not to follow the protocol and also causes collusion between network nodes.

ویروس لوسمی گاو (BLV) از خانواده رتروویریده، دون خانواده ارتورتروویرینه و جنس دلتارتروویروس واجد 3 ژن ساختمانی اصلی env، pol،  gagو تعدادی ژن تنظیم کننده همانند سازی از جمله Tax، Rex،  III Rو C IV می باشد. به منظور تعیین قرابت فیلوژنی ژن Tax ویروس BLV در نمونه های آلوده به این ویروس در ایران در ابتدا قطعه 927 جفت بازی ژن Tax از چهار نمونه آلوده در سیستم PCR تکثیر و جهت تعیین ردیف نوکلئوتیدی سکانس گردید. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه ردیف نوکلئوتیدی تعیین شده در این مطالعه با سکانس شناخته شده ژن Tax ویروس BLV در سایر کشورها نشانگر وجود 3.4 تا 7.7 درصد تنوع ژنتیکی در این ژن بود که در این میان بیشترین قرابت با ردیف نوکلئوتیدی ژن Tax در آمریکا )سکانس (AY700378.1 با 96.6 درصد تشابه و بیشترین تفاوت مربوط به جدایه این ویروس در استرالیا (سکانس (AY700379.1 و ژاپن (سکانس (AY700381.1 با 92.3 درصد قرابت مشاهده شد.

In many economies, the export promotion is defined as the main paradigm for the economy and Tax exemptions is one of the prevailing policies in order to protect infant industries and this policy has been employed in the Iranian economy, too. The paper tries to evaluate the success degree of this policy in the Iranian economy. In this regard, the micro-data in various commodity groups based on HS tariff codes during 1997-2017 and panel data regression method has been used. According to the estimated results of the non-oil export model in HS commodity groups, the log real exchange rate has a negative effect. Also, the log price index for export commodities and the log facilities to export as a ratio of total facilities in the banking system have positive effects on export. Moreover, the estimated coefficients of dummy variable related to Tax Incentives policy for each HS commodity groups are positive and significant in HS tariff codes.
